    Do you know if the sauces are gluten free. The only reason that I ask is that we have found some sauces that contain flour or wheat products. Hence people with celiac disease can not have the barbecue.

    Yes. All of our homemade BBQ sauces are gluten free (Memphis, New Orleans, and Carolina). The seasonings we use for the chicken, ribs, and pork are all gluten free as well! :)
